Retreat Registration
Paypal/Venmo: A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required to secure your spot, with the balance due by May 28, 2025.
* Deposits must be made by January 1, 2025.
* $50 discount if Retreat is paid in full up front.

Any deposit paid will be accepted as part payment of the total cost of the booking. No booking is guaranteed until payment is received.
Failure to make the final payment by the due date will entitle Sweat Expeditions to cancel your booking whereupon the deposit paid shall be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel prior to March 1, 2025 and receive a full refund of any balance paid (excluding deposit). Due to advance cost of travel, accommodations, and food, we will not be able to accommodate any refunds for cancellations after this date.

Gorgeous luxury accommodations. Single occupancy or share a room with your travel buddy!

Food
Plenty of *locally sourced fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fish. Local chefs are happy to accommodate any food preferences, allergies, and sensitivities.

Flights
We want to make your vacation as effortless as possible so you can just book, pack and enjoy! The cost of your flight is not included so that you can use your own air miles should you have them. You need to land in Puerto Vallarta ideally between 2:00 and 4:00 on the first day of the trip.
Flights are typically around $550 from the west and southern United States depending on your departure location and when you book it.
Transportation
Private transportation provided to and from the Puerto Vallarta Int’l airport.
Suburbans stocked with cold water and beer so you can sit back and relax! Driver will assist you with luggage.
